INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ fl oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tsp Tamari/Soy sauce
- 1 ½ tsp Lime juice
- 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
- ¾ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¾ tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a storage container with a tight fitting lid or zip top bag. Mix well until fully incorporated
- Marinade your selected cuts overnight in the fridge
